Refund policy
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:
Returns
• Accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Customer covers return postage (unless the item is faulty)
Exchanges
• Exchange for another size/colour if available
• Customer covers return postage
Faulty Items
• If your item arrives faulty, we cover all postage
• Refund or replacement available
Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items (unless faulty)
• Items showing wear, marks, perfume, makeup, or washing
